No, you can't turn an Access database into an executable file. You CAN use the Access runtime to run an mde or mdb file. But it is still a Windows client file, running on the desktop, not in a web browser. You'd do that with your CD.
I wonder if you can get this hosting service to explain what they DO mean? They may have something like a Terminal Services hosting operation. See what access hosting offers here <http://accesshosting.com/remote-desktop-hosting.asp> . Does that look like what this Ephost service is talking about?

I don't think that is what Ephost meant, but I wouldn't mind people downloading the entire MDB file. Better yet, if I remember correctly from many years back, it's possible to convert an MDB file into an executable file so that people who don't have Access can run the file.

I take the above statement to mean,,, your User can download the database and use it on their desktop NOT on the website.
