RE: [MS_AccessPros] Double click in subform to open another form

You could start by using the command button wizard to add a button that opens the form. Then change the code to have it called from a function rather than the command button click. Then stick the function into the double click property of each of the controls in the detail section.

Give it a try and come back if you have questions.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Double click in subform to open another form

I have a subfrom that has 9 columns ( Id, part_number, part_name, etc.). I
would like to be able to double click on any item in any column and have it
open my parts form... I'm guessing I need to use event procedure for the
double click, but am totally lost on how to write the code....

Thanks,

Deb
