Thanks Gina!

I made another popup form named partnamepop and put that name in the code as
the form name.
The popup consists of a text box that is unbound to a control source. I did
have it bound to a record source (Parts_Purchase), that didn't work so
cleared that out and still not working.

When I try to enter text into the part name field, the box pops up, I can
enter text, but if I hit enter nothing happens. Then when I close it I get
the message that I cannot make an entry into the part name field and to
choose from one of the selections.

I am guessing I need to do something with the popup form but have no clue as
to what... :-(
