ACCESS FEED: Re: [MS_AccessPros] 2002 User level Security

John and All,

Ok, well that makes some since I guess. Here is where I am,...I ran the security Wizard and created a new file and a shortcut.

I then tried to log back in as the Admin user but it would not allow me to.

When in the wizard, it create a new user named Steven and I CAN log in with it. However, all the instructions I have tell me to log in as Admin,...so I am a bit confused (or scared,...lol)

I ran the the User and Group Accounts in the security menu and Steven is in the Admins and Users group,...which I think is where I need to be.

The Admin user is only in the Users group,...which I find strange.

What I want to wind up with is for the user Steven, me, to have full access and for there to be two other groups with very limited access as I define them. However, before I start changing too much I want to make sure I am in the right place.

Should I now be installing the Security Manager add on now?
