Consider moving up if your applications are going to be around for a while. There are tons of greate web sites that provide resources on the new functionality and features.

I use MS Access 2002. Should I be concerned about the newer versions of Access. Should I upgrade? Are slick form tools available in Access 2010? How about getting away from XP Pro? Is the .Net language incorportated in the newer versions? Have you heard of a block buster outcoming of Access?
