ACCESS FEED: [MS_AccessPros] Re: Opening reports through Option Group

I am using Access 2003, the file Mve is too big, its about 92.7MB after zipping its about 16,944KB and i assume upload limit at the site is maximum of 5MB. I have uploaded the file Mve_be, but unable to upload file Mve. What should i do?
