Assuming this is for 2007...First go into your options>Current Database and make sure you have the picture storage set to preserve source format.

Then open your form in design view and look for the Auto Theme icon. I can't remember which group it's under on the Design tab.

Click on the icon and select Foundry. That should put the background picture on it and change all the fonts, colors, etc. to the Foundry theme.
