[MS_AccessPros] Moving Records To Another Table

 

I don't know what happened but I thought I posted this question but I don't see it?????

I have a split database (back end on server & front end on everyone's hard drive)with approx 4500 records in the DataTable. Some records are files that have been "closed". They rarely if ever access about 2000 of the records.

Should I move those to another table just in case they need to see them sometime?

Any suggestions?
